2.3 Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do NOT store:

• Credit card numbers
• Bank account details
• Full payment card information

We only receive transaction confirmations and purchase history.

2.4 Usage Data

We automatically collect:

• IP address

• Device type (mobile/desktop)
• Pages visited and features used
• Date and time of access

Your uploaded documents and job descriptions are processed by AI systems to extract CV information and generate cover letters. Important notes:

• AI processing is automated with no human review
• Uploaded files are temporarily stored during processing
• We use third-party AI providers for processing
• AI providers may retain data per their own privacy policies

We recommend not uploading sensitive personal information beyond what's typical for a CV or job application.

5. Data Storage and Security

We implement security measures to protect your data:

• Passwords are hashed using bcrypt
• Data is transmitted via HTTPS/TLS encryption
• Database access is restricted and monitored
• Regular security updates and patches

While we strive to protect your data, no system is 100% secure. Use strong passwords and don't share account credentials.

6. Data Retention

• Account data: Retained while your account is active
• CV data: Stored until you delete it or your account
• Uploaded files: Deleted after processing (typically within 24 hours)
• Transaction history: Retained for legal and accounting purposes

When you delete your account, we remove your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

Revoking Google Access

You can revoke MobileCV.ai's access to your Google account at any time:

• Find MobileCV.ai and click "Remove Access"
• Or delete your MobileCV.ai account entirely via Account Settings

Note: Revoking access does not automatically delete your MobileCV.ai account. Contact us to request account deletion.
