MobileCV.ai is an AI-powered CV, resume, and cover letter builder that allows users to:

• Upload documents (PDF, DOCX, images, or text) containing resume/CV information
• Transform uploaded content into professionally formatted CVs
• Generate tailored cover letters using AI based on job descriptions
• Choose from multiple professional templates
• Download finished CVs and cover letters as PDF documents
• Edit and update CVs and cover letters using AI assistance

3. User Accounts

To use our Service, you must:

• Create an account with a valid email address
• Be at least 16 years of age
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Credits System

Our Service operates on a credit-based system:

• New users receive free credits upon registration
• 1 credit is consumed each time you create or edit a CV or cover letter
• Additional credits can be purchased through our platform
• Credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
• Unused credits do not expire

5. Payments and Refunds

Credit purchases are processed securely through Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree that:

• All purchases are final and non-refundable
• Prices are displayed in USD and may vary by region
• We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time
• Fraudulent purchases may result in account termination

If you experience technical issues that prevent credit usage, please contact support for assistance.

6. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to our Service. By uploading content, you:

• Confirm you have the right to use and upload such content
• Grant us a limited license to process your content for Service delivery
• Understand that content is processed by AI systems
• Accept that we do not manually review uploaded content

We do not claim ownership of your CVs, cover letters, or personal information.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

• Upload false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Use the Service for illegal purposes
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack our systems
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free credits
• Share account credentials with others
• Upload content containing malware or harmful code
• Use automated systems to access the Service without permission

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, and content (excluding user-uploaded content), is owned by MobileCV.ai and protected by intellectual property laws. Our templates and AI technology are proprietary.

CVs and cover letters generated using our Service may be used freely by you for personal and professional purposes.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• CVs or cover letters will guarantee employment or interviews
• AI-generated content will be 100% accurate
• The Service will meet all your specific requirements

Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying all CV and cover letter content before use.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MobileCV.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for credits in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse the Service or other users

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon deletion, your data will be removed according to our Privacy Policy.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, binding arbitration.
